Ingredients: honey, bee pollen, royal jelly, propolis tincture.

Dosage:

Adults: Take 5 level teaspoons /equivalent to 10 g of the supplement/ on an empty stomach in the morning.

Children from 6 to 12 years: 2 level teaspoons /equivalent to 4 g of the supplement/ on an empty stomach in the morning

Children from 3 to 5 years: 1 level teaspoon /equivalent to 2 g of the supplement/ on an empty stomach in the morning

It should be taken for 2 months, followed by a 2-month break, after which it can be taken again.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
