Methods of application:

  • Aroma lamp: Add 3-5 drops of the aroma composition directly into the water in an aroma lamp.
  • Massage oil: Add 20 drops of the aroma composition to 50 ml of base oil and mix well. Use for full body massage.
  • Aroma bath: Add 6-8 drops of the aroma composition to 2 ml of base oil and add to the bathwater.
