Schoenenberger Organic Plantain Juice is 100% natural. For decades, traditional medicine has used plantain for coughs. The juice of the herb supports the normal function of the lungs and respiratory tract.

Directions for use and indications: The recommended daily dose is 10, 20 or 30ml of juice 2-3 times daily. It can be taken undiluted or diluted with water or other juice on an empty stomach 20 minutes before a meal.

After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 2 weeks. Use the included measuring cap; do not drink directly from the bottle to avoid introducing bacteria.
