Gentle coconut cream is obtained from condensed coconut cream. It is a dairy-free alternative to classic animal cream. This product has a coconut aroma and a natural slightly sweet taste. With its 30% fat content, the product acquires a smooth and light texture after a few minutes of beating with a mixer.

How to use: For a fluffy cream, leave the can in the refrigerator overnight. Then remove the solidified part of the mixture into a large bowl and separate the liquid (you can use it for a smoothie or something else). Beat the cream with a mixer until ripples form. Optionally, add vanilla, powdered sugar, or stevia to taste (liquid sweeteners can weigh down the mixture).

Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
