Peppermint has a fresh, clean aroma that clears your head and increases your ability to concentrate in cases of mental exhaustion and overwork. Peppermint has a strong cooling effect, which is why it is so refreshing and invigorating. The uplifting, fresh aroma is ideal for drinks, salads, and desserts. In summer, it is especially popular in fresh cocktails due to its cooling and activating effect. The combination of chocolate and mint adds a certain glaze to chocolate muffins or cookies! Use sparingly!

Combines well with the aromas of lavender, sweet orange, geranium, rosemary, vetiver, frankincense, lemongrass, lemon.

APPLICATIONS:

• For room fragrancing - max. 5 drops in an aroma lamp for rooms up to 20 sq.m.
• For massage - add no more than 10 drops to 50 ml of carrier oil of choice
• For a bath - 3 to 5 drops of essential oil, previously dissolved in 2 ml of carrier oil, are added to a bath with warm water
• In cooking - for flavoring dishes

Tip for culinary use: The number of drops is determined by the quantity of ingredients and personal taste. The essential oil is first stirred with honey, syrup, or vegetable oil, then added to the other ingredients. If possible, avoid heat treatment or add at the end.
