Bett'r chocolate pudding recipe consists of only a few carefully selected ingredients, the main one being Peruvian cocoa. The chocolate pudding mix is free of gluten, dairy, and artificial flavors. Its all-natural composition makes it perfect for young children.

The chocolate pudding mix is unsweetened, so you can choose which sweetener to add.

How to prepare 1 serving (10g):

• 1 tablespoon of pudding mix (10g)
• 150ml of liquid of choice (milk, plant-based drink or water) for a light creamy texture
• sweetener of choice (agave syrup, coconut sugar, erythritol, muscovado sugar, date powder, and many others)

1. Pour about 20ml of the liquid into a bowl and add the pudding mix. Stir well until the pudding mix dissolves in the liquid.
2. Pour the remaining liquid into a saucepan and add the desired amount of sweetener. Place the saucepan on a preheated hob and stir until the liquid boils and the sweetener dissolves.
3. Reduce the heat to low. Add the dissolved mixture in a thin stream to the heated liquid and stir vigorously until thickened.
4. Pour the finished pudding into a dessert bowl and consume it warm or chilled. You can also use it to make a homemade cake.
