Ginger and Arnica Balm is a valuable remedy for chronic rheumatism, swollen frostbitten areas, and poor circulation to the extremities. Ginger and Arnica Balm is also useful for bruises, sprains, dislocations, contusions and hematomas from the slightest impact, neuralgia, pre- and post-operative care, postpartum period, hematomas on a newborn's head, it has a soothing effect on injuries from bumps and falls, and for migraines.

Massaging the limbs with ginger and arnica balm improves circulation and helps with poor blood supply, enhances blood flow, increasing the delivery of nutrients to the muscles, and at the same time stimulates the breakdown of certain by-products, such as lactic acid, released during trauma.

Ginger and Arnica Balm is successful in protecting against adverse weather conditions before exposing open body parts outdoors. It is also suitable and necessary for tourists and mountaineers before and after going to the mountains.

How to use: Apply the necessary amount 2-3 times daily to the affected area and rub in with a gentle massage. It is recommended to continue the procedure until complete recovery. The balm absorbs quickly without leaving residues. Headaches are relieved by applying the balm to the temples and neck.

Our advice: If you come home with frozen feet, apply the balm and rub your feet vigorously, then put on dry socks. You will feel your feet warm up shortly.
