Hemp protein is obtained from raw hemp seeds through gentle processes after fat extraction. Although the protein concentration is lower compared to other plant proteins, one of its advantages is that it is a complete plant protein. Hemp protein is gluten-free, easily digestible, and one of the few complete plant proteins – its composition includes all essential amino acids. It is believed to retain many of the minerals and vitamins found in hemp seeds.

Directions for use: 10-15g per day (2 tbsp) as an additive to shakes, smoothies, muesli, cereals or baked goods.

Organic Hemp Seed Protein is also suitable for sprinkling on salads, as well as an addition to cereal. It thickens vegetable soup very well and can be added just before serving.

It is highly recommended to use it raw and not to heat or cook it!
