Natural Husk Fibers (Psyllium Husk) are the husks of the seeds of the Plantago ovata plant, originating from India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. A rich source of soluble and insoluble fiber. When mixed with water, they increase in volume and become sticky. Fiber in daily life is an important part of a balanced diet, as it is linked to digestive function, the intestinal system, and the normal processes for eliminating waste products from the body.

Directions for use: Mix 1/2 teaspoon (2g) with 350-500ml of water. You can add Husk Fibers to your cereal and/or thicken your morning fresh juice/smoothie.

Caution: Always ensure that the Husk fibers are well dissolved in water and there are no remaining clumps that could make swallowing difficult and prevent inhalation of fiber dust into the trachea!
