Cocoa content: 70%

Preparation method with an espresso machine:
Pour 2 tablespoons of drinking chocolate into approximately 140 ml of milk or water. Stir vigorously.
Heat on the espresso machine's steam wand until thickened. Serve the drink hot in the cup.

Preparation method on the stove:
Pour 2 tablespoons into a pot and use the double boiler method to heat and thicken the chocolate.
Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and add approximately 140 ml of fresh or nut milk of your choice. You can optionally add chili, pink pepper, or cinnamon.
