The recipe consists of only a few ingredients, is gluten-free and contains no artificial flavors. The strawberry taste and aroma are the result of added strawberry powder, which makes the product completely natural and perfect for dessert lovers of all ages. The mix is unsweetened, which gives you the freedom to choose your preferred sweetener.

Preparation for 1 serving (10g):

• 1 tablespoon of pudding mix (10g)
• 150ml liquid of choice (milk, plant-based drink, or water) for a light creamy texture
• sweetener of choice (agave syrup, coconut sugar, erythritol, muscovado sugar, date powder, and many others)

1. Pour about 20ml of the liquid into a bowl and add the pudding mix. Stir well until the pudding mix dissolves in the liquid.
2. Pour the remaining liquid into a saucepan and add the desired amount of sweetener. Place the saucepan on a preheated hob and stir until the liquid boils and the sweetener dissolves.
3. Reduce the heat to low. Add the dissolved mix in a thin stream to the heated liquid and stir vigorously until thickened.
4. Pour the prepared pudding into a dessert bowl and consume it warm or chilled. You can also use it to make homemade cake.
